Production Engineer

• Work with a team of passionate engineers to build reliability into every part of our platform
• Write, test, integrate, and debug software applications that are resilient, secure, maintainable, and perform at scale
• Debug various issues on the platform from Linux to Kubernetes clusters
• Continuously improve WP Engine’s secure, performant platform that supports tens of millions of end users
• Use and improve WP Engine's continuous integration and delivery pipelines to safely and rapidly push new code to production
• Expand and fine-tune observability services to aid engineering and support efforts by creating better feedback loops
• Work with VIctoriaMetrics monitoring platform to observe multiple platforms serving a vast number of sites
• Develop and maintain automation tools to eliminate manual toil and improve operational efficiency
• Give and receive feedback effectively both within and outside of your team
• Participate in on-call rotation and determine/implement solutions to reduce production interrupts

• Maintain strong relationships with your client portfolio including regular account reviews to ensure they are deriving maximum value
• Developing growth strategies to increase your book of business in line with the North American financial plan
• Thinking of ways to retain and grow your clients' business long after they’re signed up
• Building, maintaining, and closing pipelines to consistently exceed quota
• Supporting clients with proposals, product alignment ideas, and training sessions
• Working closely with the solution engineering team to ensure the best technical fit for the clients' needs
• Be responsible for your business and forecasting accurately through the effective use of Salesforce.com

Reseller Account Manager, L2

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the "Source of Truth" modeling for ARR, including new business, expansions, contractions, and churn.
• Design and maintain complex Bookings models that bridge the gap between sales activity and financial reporting.
• Build automated cohort analysis and Net Revenue Retention trackers to monitor the health of the customer base.
• Act as the Finance "Product Owner" for revenue data, working with BI to define data schemas and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with RevOps to audit the sales funnel, ensuring that Opportunity stages, Close Dates, and Contract Values are captured accurately for financial modeling.
• Lead the monthly and quarterly GTM forecasting process for bookings and self-serve ARR.
• Develop "What-if" models to analyze the impact of changes in pricing, packaging, or sales compensation plans.
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards in Tableau/Looker/PowerBI that track real-time GTM performance.
• Prepare monthly "Revenue Deep Dive" decks for the CFO and CRO, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Partner with internal AI Council, Data Engineering, Business Insights and GTM leaders for operational efficiencies in the GTM domain.
