About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead team of three Financial Analysts and promote a culture of analytical excellence
Manage, forecast, and optimize expenses across major SaaS business units, including COGS and OpEx
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual budget vs. actuals (BvA) variance analysis
Collaboratively serve as the finance partner to various departments and evaluate Go-To-Market (GTM) efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified Accountant holding a recognised professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking; +2 years experience in SaaS is a plus
Minimum 1–2 years of experience directly managing or mentoring junior analysts
Deep understanding of SaaS accounting standards (e.g., distinguishing between CS as COGS vs. Sales & Marketing as OpEx)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (building complex, dynamic driver-based models from scratch)
Experience with FP&A architecture tools (e.g., Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive Insights) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) is highly preferred for digging into cloud infrastructure data.
