About the role
- Build the growth system: establish attribution, reporting, and funnel visibility from first touch through closed-won.
- Reinvent lifecycle marketing: segment and activate our database; design nurture journeys for trials, evaluators, closed-lost, and customers.
- Turn trials into accounts: connect developer signups to companies, surface usage signals, and trigger sales-assist plays.
- Lead ABM programs: design account-based campaigns for OEM, public sector, and healthcare targets, in collaboration with sales and partners.
- Set field & event priorities: decide which events matter, align them to campaigns, and measure ROI; partner with event managers on execution.
- Direct agencies: oversee SEO and digital partners, making sure their output ladders up to demand goals.
- Partner with content: guide the editorial calendar, ensuring assets support lifecycle and ABM priorities.
- Apply AI where it gives leverage: accelerate testing, segmentation, and reporting with measurable efficiency gains.
Requirements
- Proven track record building attribution and lifecycle systems in HubSpot/SFDC and defending them at exec/board level.
- Hands-on ABM experience in B2B SaaS or OEM/channel contexts.
- Comfort bridging developer/PLG funnels with enterprise sales.
- Experience directing SEO and digital agencies, ensuring ROI.
- Strategic operator: able to set direction, then make it real through partners, agencies, and in-house teammates.
- Curiosity, creativity, and drive to find pipeline in overlooked places.
