About the role
- Increase revenue: You will take on part of the founders' sales responsibilities and build your own pipeline to accelerate growth.
- Build the “machine”: Together with us you will develop a repeatable sales engine — including processes and playbooks — to prepare us for scaling.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–5 years in software sales (including at least 2–3 years in closing / as an AE).
- Prior experience selling SaaS to SMBs is a big plus.
- Hunter mentality: You don't wait for the phone to ring. You have a proven track record in outbound prospecting and are prepared to generate about 70% of your own pipeline (self-sourcing).
- Process builder: You don't just follow a script — you improve it. You have a structured approach and will help us develop scalable sales playbooks and materials.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: You don't need a manager telling you what to do every hour. You thrive in dynamic startup environments and take ownership autonomously.
- Languages: Native German and business-fluent English. (An additional EU language, e.g., Italian, is a plus).
