About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering trust through proactive communication and reliability.
- Lead strategic client calls, ensuring discussions are productive and directly tied to client goals.
- Collaborate with internal practice leads (e.g., paid media, SEO) to develop integrated strategies and reporting presentations.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations confidently and clearly.
- Manage client projects using Asana, assigning tasks and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and review work from internal specialists to ensure all deliverables are client-ready.
- Oversee monthly reporting, compiling insights and ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor account performance in platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, identifying opportunities or issues.
- Track portfolio growth and identify potential for account retention and expansion.
- Ensure all work is delivered within the contracted scope.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a marketing or digital agency environment
- Strong foundational understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Basecamp, or similar
- Ability to lead meetings and present information to clients in a clear, consultative manner
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions
