About the role

  • The Business Applications & Systems Manager is responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of IT platforms across a multi-site humanitarian organization.
  • Ensure secure, reliable operations for North American headquarters and international offices.
  • Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to users worldwide.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and safeguard sensitive data.
  • Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions for various platforms including Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
  • Lead digital transformation projects, including migration and integration of new technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on systems administration experience in a global, multi-site organization.
  • Direct experience supporting Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and ideally Sage Intacct, CommCare, Nexonia, and Dayforce.
  • Experience providing support to remote teams in low-connectivity environments.
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain IT concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
