About the role
- Develop and implement targeted cultivation and stewardship strategies to maintain and grow legacy and planned giving support across all donor levels.
- Manage and steward an assigned portfolio of Joseph Stewards and planned giving prospects, ensuring consistent, personalized communication and engagement.
- Research, identify, and qualify prospective donors for legacy and planned gift opportunities.
- Establish financial goals and strategic plans for planned giving in consultation with the Donor Relations Director and CORE team.
- Accurately record donor interactions, plans, and commitments in the CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in fundraising, communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or gift planning.
- Experience working with planned or legacy giving programs preferred.
- Fluency in English with strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate theological and humanitarian concepts clearly and appropriately to diverse audiences.
