About the role
- World Renew seeks SEM services; manage, optimize, and expand digital advertising across Google Ads, Search Console, and Merchant Center
- Up to 15 hours per week of support, with objective to increase website traffic, engagement, generating new leads, and donor conversions
- Google Ads: Manage and optimize existing campaigns; keyword research and A/B testing for U.S.-based audiences; develop new ad campaigns; landing page optimization; monitor and adjust strategies in consultation with marketing team.
- Google Search Console: Monitor site performance and indexing issues; recommend SEO improvements and support technical fixes.
- Google Merchant Center: Maintain and optimize product feeds; ensure compliance with Google policies; develop and manage Shopping campaigns (if applicable).
- Reporting & Strategy: Provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights; collaborate with World Renew to align SEM with broader organizational goals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering SEM services for charitable organizations, nonprofits, or cause-driven campaigns
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Search Console, and Merchant Center
- Ability to analyze SEM data, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable recommendations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to align SEM efforts with organizational marketing strategies
- Experience in faith-based, justice-driven, or donor-focused campaigns is preferred
