Account Manager

• Support the Account Executive with responsibilities related to client management and retention
• Effectively manage a high volume book of Personal Lines Insurance business, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on-time
• Grow client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and procedures
• Review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
• Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries
• Coordinate expiration list with department manager to obtain renewal business information

• Implementation of Workforce Management for new clients.
• Provide ongoing technical and administrative support in payroll, accruals, and time and labor and includes problem resolution, customer service, communications, training, etc.
• Update and maintain company templates for creating new clients.
• Build and process accrual policies.
• Build and test TLM Technology in UKG Ready.
• Assist with setup, implementation, and support of TLM Hardware.
• Stay updated on system changes and industry trends to keep up to date with knowledge of products and processes for clients.
• Create detailed instructions and custom tip sheets to assist internal staff and clients with technical aspects of UKG Ready.
• Train clients in TLM as well as system maintenance.
• May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations when needed or aid with scoping projects.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Implementation Specialist, TLM

• Lead the implementation of UKG Ready HR modules, including employee onboarding workflows, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and performance management tools
• Conduct requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure services align with WPHR’s scope and client needs
• Build and test HR technology configurations in UKG Ready and utilize import files and data tools
• Maintain and update company templates for client setup
• Create detailed documentation, instructions, and tip sheets for internal and client use
• Train clients on HR modules and provide ongoing system support
• Stay current on UKG Ready updates and industry trends
• Collaborate with sales and third-party vendors; assist in pre-sales demos and project scoping as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
