About the role

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients using a manual dialer.
  • Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and explain our financial products effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Follow up on inquiries and build long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Continuously learn about our products, the financial industry, and market trends

Requirements

  • Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required
  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or telemarketing.
  • Comfortable with manual dialing systems and persistent calling.
  • Previous experience selling financial products or working in business finance is preferred.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Formal education is a plus, but a secondary diploma or relevant sales experience is acceptable.
  • Quick learner with interest in financial services and lending.
  • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proactive approach and strong work ethic
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity
