About the role
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients using a manual dialer.
- Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and explain our financial products effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up on inquiries and build long-term relationships with prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Continuously learn about our products, the financial industry, and market trends
Requirements
- Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Comfortable with manual dialing systems and persistent calling.
- Previous experience selling financial products or working in business finance is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Formal education is a plus, but a secondary diploma or relevant sales experience is acceptable.
- Quick learner with interest in financial services and lending.
- Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity
