Requirements

  • We’re looking for candidates with a robust background in **software or data engineering**, boasting a **minimum of 8 to 10 years in the field. **
  • - Ideally, you’ll have **at least 3 to 5 years of experience in team leadership**, serving as a technical team lead or in senior engineering positions.**
  • **Industry Experience:**
  • - Proven track record in at least three of the following areas: application software development, data engineering and analytics, cloud platform architecture, system integration, IT modernization initiatives, or leading technology teams
  • - Exceptional ability to deliver intricate technical projects on time, ensuring high quality and stakeholder satisfaction
  • - Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams, engaging with diverse business and technology stakeholders
  • - Solid background in Agile or iterative development methodologies
  • - Experience in managing technical teams or assuming substantial leadership roles within technical organizations

  • - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; adept at articulating intricate technical concepts clearly to both technical experts and non-experts alike.
