About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries for corporate staff.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in our employee records and internal databases.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of new vendors through the RFP process for Payroll and HRIS platforms.
- Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience that gets new hires excited and productive.
- Manage the offboarding process with empathy, compliance, and professionalism.
- Manage our Learning Management System (LMS). Coordinate mandatory compliance training and assist in developing professional development programs.
- Provide administrative support for the performance management cycle, ensuring timelines are met and data is captured correctly.
- Actively contribute to and assist in the execution of the WorkWhile Impact Initiative.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or a Generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
- Prior experience managing an HRIS and/or LMS. Experience assisting with RFPs or system migrations is a major plus.
- You are a "process person" who finds joy in a perfectly organized spreadsheet and a streamlined workflow.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with extreme discretion.
