About the role
- Drive pipeline growth through strategic, multi-channel outbound prospecting, including phone calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement.
- Expertly articulate the TaskEasy value proposition to engage potential clients and qualify their needs.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings set for our Account Executives.
- Independently manage all activities and maintain excellent data hygiene within our CR
- Analyze the performance of lead generation channels to identify what’s working and where opportunities for improvement lie and make updates.
- Utilize our marketing tech stack, including 6sense, to identify in-market accounts and improve targeted campaign strategies.
- Act as a key feedback loop between sales and marketing, providing strategic insights on lead quality and market trends.
- Proactively test and refine outreach messaging and tactics to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 2−5+ years of experience in a Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or similar role with a record of high performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be persuasive and professional over the phone and in writing.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
- An analytical curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind marketing and sales performance.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
- A huge plus: Experience with Account-Based Marketing/Experience (ABM/ABX) concepts and platforms like 6sense.
- A huge plus: Hands-on experience with CRMs (like Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (like Outreach or SalesLoft).
