About the role

  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic, multi-channel outbound prospecting, including phone calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement.
  • Expertly articulate the TaskEasy value proposition to engage potential clients and qualify their needs.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings set for our Account Executives.
  • Independently manage all activities and maintain excellent data hygiene within our CR
  • Analyze the performance of lead generation channels to identify what’s working and where opportunities for improvement lie and make updates.
  • Utilize our marketing tech stack, including 6sense, to identify in-market accounts and improve targeted campaign strategies.
  • Act as a key feedback loop between sales and marketing, providing strategic insights on lead quality and market trends.
  • Proactively test and refine outreach messaging and tactics to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 2−5+ years of experience in a Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or similar role with a record of high performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be persuasive and professional over the phone and in writing.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
  • An analytical curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind marketing and sales performance.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • A huge plus: Experience with Account-Based Marketing/Experience (ABM/ABX) concepts and platforms like 6sense.
  • A huge plus: Hands-on experience with CRMs (like Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (like Outreach or SalesLoft).
