About the role

  • Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats to promote and sell products/services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while driving sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentations and closing strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, strategies, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of hitting targets.
  • Neutral English accent with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Money-driven and motivated by commissions and bonuses.
  • Confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow earnings through performance.
  • 40 hours per week
  • Should be open to work during weekends
  • Anytime from 7AM -7PM US Eastern Standard Time
