Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats to promote and sell products/services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while driving sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentations and closing strategies.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, strategies, and conversion rates.

Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of hitting targets.
Neutral English accent with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Money-driven and motivated by commissions and bonuses.
Confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow earnings through performance.
40 hours per week
Should be open to work during weekends
