About the role
- Architect the next chapter for ShareGate
- Define strategy for an existing base of trusted customers
- Identify where and how AI can amplify our teams’ impact
- Lead leaders: coach two managers responsible for the Account Management and Renewals teams
- Modernize the go-to-market motion: design the first version of our AI-augmented expansion playbook
- Define multi-product strategy: structure the cross-sell approach for Protect and Backup
- Operationalize excellence: build scalable structures
- Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Product and RevOps
- Transform the team’s posture: shift from a “renewal management” mindset to a strategic partnership expansion mindset
- Embed AI into processes
Requirements
- SaaS veteran: 10+ years of B2B SaaS experience, ideally serving IT/technical customers
- Leader of leaders: 3+ years managing managers, with a proven ability to scale through others
- AI-forward thinker: comfortable with automation, with a clear vision for how AI can make a go-to-market team more efficient and effective, and experience experimenting with AI tools in a professional setting
- Scale specialist: experience in (or contribution to building) an environment with $100M+ ARR
- Direct and execution-oriented: not limited to “setting direction”—stays close to the field to ensure rigor, discipline, and performance
