About the role
- Own a portfolio of small, medium, and large accounts throughout their entire lifecycle;
- Build consultative relationships and proactively guide customers from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and renewal;
- Identify and close expansion opportunities (seat upgrades, cross-sell, Pro/Enterprise packaging);
- Uncover customer needs early using product usage data, engagement signals, and strategic discovery;
- Coordinate with Technical Support, Product, and RevOps to align on customer outcomes and address risks;
- Communicate with clarity and empathy to support roadmap alignment, adoption, and contract renewals;
- Run experiments across outreach, messaging, and sequencing to improve engagement;
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene using Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, and other tools to track pipeline, risks, and multi-threaded relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management or sales experience in a target-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to deliver consultative, value-based customer experiences
- Comfortable managing a dynamic pipeline and adapting to change
- Curiosity for IT challenges and Microsoft 365 (governance, automation, adoption)
- Experience in SaaS, tech sales, or inbound-led sales (an asset)
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, or other CRM tools (an asset).
