About the role
- - Partner with Customer Success Managers to support a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- - Translate account success plans into structured project plans, timelines, and milestones
- - Coordinate onboarding, feature launches, optimizations, and expansion initiatives
- - Facilitate kickoff calls, status meetings, and working sessions
- - Track risks, blockers, and action items, driving accountability to resolution
- - Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams
- - Ensure smooth handoffs between Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery
- - Maintain clear communication with customer stakeholders regarding timelines and dependencies
- - Support QBR preparation, milestone tracking, and follow-ups
- - Improve project management templates, tools, and delivery processes
- - Track operational metrics such as time-to-value and milestone completion
- - Contribute to scaling Customer Success operations as the company grows
Requirements
- - 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS or technology environments
- - Experience working with post-sales customers in partnership with Customer Success teams
- - Strong organizational and time-management skills
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- - Comfortable working remotely with distributed global teams
- Nice-to-Haves
- - Experience in enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, martech, or analytics platforms
- - Familiarity with AI-enabled products (no deep technical background required)
- - Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday, or Smartsheet
- - PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
