About the role

  • - Partner with Customer Success Managers to support a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • - Translate account success plans into structured project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • - Coordinate onboarding, feature launches, optimizations, and expansion initiatives
  • - Facilitate kickoff calls, status meetings, and working sessions
  • - Track risks, blockers, and action items, driving accountability to resolution
  • - Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams
  • - Ensure smooth handoffs between Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery
  • - Maintain clear communication with customer stakeholders regarding timelines and dependencies
  • - Support QBR preparation, milestone tracking, and follow-ups
  • - Improve project management templates, tools, and delivery processes
  • - Track operational metrics such as time-to-value and milestone completion
  • - Contribute to scaling Customer Success operations as the company grows

Requirements

  • - 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS or technology environments
  • - Experience working with post-sales customers in partnership with Customer Success teams
  • - Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • - Comfortable working remotely with distributed global teams
  • Nice-to-Haves
  • - Experience in enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, martech, or analytics platforms
  • - Familiarity with AI-enabled products (no deep technical background required)
  • - Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday, or Smartsheet
  • - PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
