About the role
- identify and secure new business partners outside traditional bike retail landscape
- collaborate with Senior Territory Sales Manager and Head of Sales & Marketing to define strategy for new channels
- scan markets like FRA, UK, Benelux, and Italy using sales data to identify growth opportunities
- lead negotiations ensuring agreements align with margin targets and brand values
- collaborate with Global Marketing and local Trade Marketing teams for product presentation and visibility
- ensure synchronization between supply and demand
- visit partners across Europe, conduct product training, and represent woom at trade fairs
- manage partnerships within systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
Requirements
- solid background in Sales or Business Development
- understanding of modern retail structures and shop-in-shop systems
- proficient in using modern CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce & D365)
- experience with digital processes such as EDI integrations
- fluent in English
- proficiency in French (FR) or Italian (IT) is a massive advantage
- German is a welcome plus
- independent but values close coordination with the team in Vienna
