About the role
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by aligning ERP capabilities with strategic objectives.
- Configure and customise D365 F&O and CE modules, including creation and configuration of legal entities.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders to define business requirements for new entities.
- Design and manage test strategies for Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, including automated regression, end-to-end, and integration testing.
- Perform quality assurance on key deliverables and ensure project milestones are met.
- Lead functional testing and manage deployment processes.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes.
- Collaborate with data migration teams to ensure proper testing of data conversion and loads.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and close process gaps.
- Drive business process automation and efficiency using ERP technologies.
- Investigate and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and user-reported issues using a disciplined and analytical approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field; Equivalent experience will be considered.
- 7+ years of ERP experience supporting multiple modules.
- At least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools such as RSAT, Leapwork, Selenium, or similar.
- Proven expertise supporting finance modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Project Management & Accounting.
- Accounting or financial sector experience advantageous.
- Background in project-based accounting solutions preferred.
- Strong analytical curiosity and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multi-functional team.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with HSO AEC360, SKSoft Treasury Automation Suite (TAS), and Docentric ISV products is preferred but not required.
