About the role

  • Plan and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scripts in collaboration with business analysts and developers
  • Perform functional, non-functional, and security testing on core business applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, Coupa)
  • Own and execute regression testing for scheduled releases to ensure existing functionalities are not impacted
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve regression testing efficiency and coverage
  • Assist in management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using Xray for test case management, execution tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain and update test case inventory to reflect new functionalities and release changes
  • Create and publish comprehensive Test Summary reports for stakeholders, highlighting results, defects, and overall release quality
  • Identify, document, and track defects to resolution, working closely with development teams
  • Ensure stability and reliability of mission-critical systems (Salesforce Lead-to-Cash, NetSuite financial reporting) to prevent business disruptions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role
  • Proven experience testing enterprise-level applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, or other ERP/CRM systems)
  • Salesforce experience is a must
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (Agile, Scrum)
  • Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Java, Python)
  • Direct experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, or Coupa platforms
  • Familiarity with test management tools, specifically Xray for Jira
  • Experience in security testing and non-functional testing (e.g., performance, load testing)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
