About the role
- Identify and research target accounts within key industries.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the VP of Sales.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting-setting targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to meet activity or quota-based targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy, competitive mindset, proactive and resilient.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.
- Desire to grow into an Account Executive role.
- Work hours aligned with Eastern time zone.
- Willingness to travel (less than 20%).
- Someone who lives in the East-Coast time zone.
