Application Engineer

• Lead the onsite deployments of Infinite Kitchens
• Serve as the primary point of contact onsite during deployments
• Proactively identify and address potential risks or roadblocks
• Build and improve our project management and tracking systems
• Continuously improve deployment and maintenance processes and documentation
• Collaborate closely with our project managers and maintenance teams on long term improvement initiatives
• Work closely with Hardware/Software Engineers in the lab supporting new projects, tests and product development
• Learn internal software tools and suggest improvements
• Build prototypes and create test plans in collaboration with Engineering team
• Project manage and execute internal tests of new and existing products
• Lead and mentor a small team of technicians

Account Executive

• Discover Grubhub’s next wave of great local restaurants by engaging restaurants in your territory.
• Gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity, and marketing opportunities.
• Consult with restaurant owners on the benefits of joining Grubhub.
• Identify needs and goals of the restaurant and demonstrate how Grubhub can help grow their business.
• Conduct extensive cold calling (60+ dials per day), emailing, and social outreach to prospective decision makers.
• Manage a territory and own the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Secure appointments with prospective clients to uncover needs and present the value of a partnership.
• Travel into the market to conduct in person sales pitches.
