About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the onsite deployments of Infinite Kitchens
Serve as the primary point of contact onsite during deployments
Proactively identify and address potential risks or roadblocks
Build and improve our project management and tracking systems
Continuously improve deployment and maintenance processes and documentation
Collaborate closely with our project managers and maintenance teams on long term improvement initiatives
Work closely with Hardware/Software Engineers in the lab supporting new projects, tests and product development
Learn internal software tools and suggest improvements
Build prototypes and create test plans in collaboration with Engineering team
Project manage and execute internal tests of new and existing products
Lead and mentor a small team of technicians

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience leading technical teams on site in high pace deadline driven environments
Excellent communicator, capable of collaborating closely with internal teams and third parties
Highly capable of building great relationships with your teams
Fast learner and willing to support tests and product development in the lab
Adaptable and able to establish a clear path and objectives
Highly adept with project management tools (eg. Jira)
Track details meticulously, and create excellent documentation
Highly knowledgeable about industrial automation systems and their deployment in commercial environments
Capable of working under pressure and flexible to travel to the deployment sites to support when needed
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
