About the role
- Provide support to tax software clients via phone, online chat or email
- Resolve moderate to complex inquiries and document resolutions
- Cross-train on other products and participate in process improvement projects
- Maintain confidentiality of product and customer data
Requirements
- Associates Degree in a business-related field OR equivalent Customer Service work experience
- 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financials, or customer relationship management OR 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of tax, accounting and audit principles, practices and legislation/regulations
- Computer and internet skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and manage overtime as needed
- Flexible schedule including evening hours and Saturday hours
