About the role

  • Own the growth agenda for NA focusing on new business acquisition, customer and partner expansion, and revenue acceleration.
  • Act as a sales strategist, setting ambitious targets and ensuring execution of go-to-market plans across all product lines.
  • Foster a strong sales culture valuing accountability, innovation, and customer centricity.
  • Invest in customer relationships, securing ongoing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders, particularly CFOs and CIOs.
  • Participate in strategic sales engagements, providing executive leadership to secure key deals.
  • Serve as an instigator and innovator, challenging the status quo and driving creative solutions.
  • Build a high-performance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership ensuring the achievement of sales, revenue, and operational efficiency targets.
  • Collaborate with global leaders to align regional operations with corporate strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving growth in enterprise software
  • More than 15 years of experience handling on Sales leadership positions
  • Strong sales acumen and understanding of CFO and CIO buyer personas
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
  • Financial acumen with P&L responsibility
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
