About the role

  • Manage all stages of the hiring process, from screening applicants and identifying suitable candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop and implement effective recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Create compelling job advertisements, post them to relevant job boards, and enhance company branding on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor for recruitment purposes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process, conduct reference checks, and coordinate background checks for new hires.
  • Participate in weekly planning meetings, work closely with hiring managers, track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.), support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency and enhanced candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
  • Act as a brand ambassador by understanding our business and showcasing our culture when interacting with candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency of MS suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
