About the role

  • Responsible for managing the Cognitive Services/AI ML part of End-to-End Digital Transformation Solutions for different BUs and HUs
  • As a Leader of Digital Transformation within WNS Business Transformation Group, you will be responsible to enable digital solutions led sales and lead customer presentations focused on Cognitive Intelligence, AI ML, Analytics Engine & integrating it with other digital levers components and accelerators
  • You will be responsible to help the business units through innovative new cognitive services solutions for the client’s business operations focused on driving cost efficiency, revenue generation and other client business outcomes
  • You will be responsible to work on large deals involving multiple digital levers i.e., AI/ML, advanced analytics, workflows & rules engine, immersive customer experience, complex integrations of client’s existing platforms/systems/products with our newly built solutions and accelerators. You will be involved in understanding the detailed process maps, process entitlement studies, finding the right white spaces where Cognitive Services/AI ML/ Advance Analytics can be applied, creating a strong transformation roadmap, and executing it on the ground to achieve the required outcomes and impact.
  • Work collaboratively with the technology, research and Analytics, and product teams to identify the right technology solutions fit for the transformation roadmap by building the solution design, functional architecture, technical architecture, Components/Accelerators level architecture showing the integration mechanisms, deployment architecture.
  • Creating the new AI ML capabilities that are reusable, modular, and configurable assets (components and accelerators) and embedding it into the end-to-end solution to solve a real industry problem
  • Plan created for the cognitive services solution and then work on creating a business case with right outcomes and benefits aligned
  • Engagement with client senior leadership to present your roadmap and engage in a co-creation-based implementation of the identified solutions
  • You will be responsible to drive the contractual transformation KPI’s committed to the client organizations through your teams’ effort and manage the overall program to deliver the right benefits within the factored timeframe.
  • Engage in the transformation solution creation process for new business along with the sales and pre-sales team and defend the transformation levers and solutions best fit to meet the business case
  • Based on the roadmap anchoring the RFP response where required and supporting the detailed solution run-through
  • Evaluate new technologies for the domain expertise and work with alliance teams for on-boarding
