- Oversees daily operations of the customer service department, providing leadership, support, and development to staff; manages hiring, training, coaching, and evaluations; contributes to termination, compensation, and promotions; analyzes feedback and implements improvements; manages call center schedules; resolves escalated inquiries; prepares reports and budgets; ensures operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Supervisory responsibilities: Direct supervision of 18-20 full-time representatives
- Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED; Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience; Preference to hire from within the WM CE Team
- Work Environment: Remote; Southern California Saturdays requirement; remote across the United States
