About the role

  • Leads and manages Inside Sales Representatives across multiple Market Areas, driving revenue growth through expert sales of WM services via telephone.\n
  • Combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to develop high-performing sales teams and implement targeted sales and marketing initiatives that align with customer needs and business objectives.\n
  • This position is remote (with some on-site office time required) however the employee must reside in the greater Phoenix, AZ area based on business need.\n
  • Supervisory Responsibilities include Direct supervision of 30 full-time employees.\n
  • Qualifications and requirements include Education and Experience described in the job posting and that the candidate must live and work in the US.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of relevant experience.\n
  • Experience: Three (3) years of business-to-business sales management, plus three (3) years in direct business-to-business sales or a minimum two (2) years of inside sales management experience (in addition to education requirements).\n
  • Preferred experience: Five years or more of experience in a call center environment, sales leadership experience and someone who has experience driving revenue results.
