Remote role (not required to be in the office) but candidate must live within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit.
Under general supervision, conduct activities associated with closing new customers and achieve budgeted closing and productivity goals using telephone-based selling.
Generate revenue using a consultative selling approach on inbound calls for small, less complex accounts.
Establish and maintain high customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals; execute outbound telephone marketing campaigns.
Attract, generate, manage and record leads from outbound telephone marketing.
Demonstrate organizational and problem solving skills; proficient use of PC and software applications.
Propose customer solutions compliant with local, state and federal regulations.
Effectively use WM sales productivity software tools (Prospect and Customer Database, Proposal Program, Pricing Tools, etc.).
Provide weekly feedback on local market pictures and participation rate and attend Monthly Safety meetings to provide feedback to Route Managers and Drivers.
Requirements
Must live and work in the US.
Education: High school diploma or GED (accredited).
Experience: Two (2) years customer service experience (in addition to education requirement).
