Act as the primary operational partner, freeing Principal Engineers and Technical Staff from project admin tasks.
Drive visibility, accountability, and execution on their key technical deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Implement a lightweight, effective intake and prioritization mechanism to ensure Principal Engineers are working on the highest-impact items.
Lead set assigned programs to fully overhaul existing tools and processes to build a scalable, modern technical platform for hands-on training and competitions (e.g., CTF).
Own the program management for the Demo Environments, focusing on intake, prioritization, and execution of new feature requests and builds for technical labs.
Manage the roadmap and execution for scaling technical labs, translating Principal-level vision into actionable build plans and deliverables.
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical, schedule, and resource risks, providing clear, executive-level communication to stakeholders.
Act as the central hub for documentation, translating complex technical processes into clear, visual workflows and documentation.
Requirements
7+ years of program/project management experience, with a track record of successfully managing complex, technical infrastructure or lab programs.
Proven ability to drive execution and accountability for senior-level technical contributors (e.g., Principal/Distinguished Engineers).
Deep experience managing and overhauling technical platforms/environments, with specific knowledge of demo environments, technical training infrastructures, or test beds.
Expert proficiency with Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence for program tracking, roadmapping, and technical documentation.
Exceptional organizational skills and a bias for action and delivery.
