• Implement SideBy Care’s Gut-Brain therapy program, as part of an integrated team, to help clients with functional GI disorders/Disorders of Gut-Brain Interaction (DGBI) to reduce their symptoms by adjusting their attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors, and develop new coping strategies to manage stress
• Apply gut-directed psychotherapy interventions (primarily CBT and ACT) and other therapeutic interventions as needed via Telehealth appointments according to SideBy Care’s GI-specific protocols
• Assess client eligibility for SideBy Care program participation given its unique holistic approach and virtual delivery model
• Collaborate with medical providers, GI-focused dietitians, and company leadership to build and maintain a cohesive, client-focused environment
• At times, provide education related to the provision of gut-brain interventions to partnered medical providers, client support groups, and community education forums when applicable
• Assist in creating client education materials
