General Counsel

• Assist the team with responding to queries from across the business on existing agreements.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Coordinate and collate board meeting documentation, running meetings and taking minutes.
• Implement directorship changes (filings).
• Assist with corporate changes and group restructuring projects.
• Assist with any litigation matters.
• Analyse new regulations as to the impact on the business and advise on General Data Protection Regulation developments.
