About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the team with responding to queries from across the business on existing agreements.
Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
Coordinate and collate board meeting documentation, running meetings and taking minutes.
Implement directorship changes (filings).
Assist with corporate changes and group restructuring projects.
Assist with any litigation matters.
Analyse new regulations as to the impact on the business and advise on General Data Protection Regulation developments.

What you’ll need

Have completed a training contract (i.e. now at NQ level).
Previous in-house experience (e.g. secondment) preferred but not essential.
Must have strong commercial awareness.
Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills underpinned by a high level of attention to detail and organisational ability.
Must work well in a team and be able to win the confidence of colleagues and others.
Must be able to manage their own workload, multi-task effectively and have a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
