About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and build relationships with institutional and intermediary clients
  • Drive net new assets across priority Asian markets
  • Establish and expand WisdomTree's presence in one of the fastest-growing ETF markets
  • Provide high-quality coverage for existing clients while managing inbound enquiry opportunities
  • Develop and execute a focused distribution plan aligned with WisdomTree's growth ambitions
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop scalable distribution opportunities and partnerships
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, client plans and pipeline reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5–7 years' experience in institutional or intermediary ETF/asset management sales.
  • Proven experience covering Asian institutional or wholesale markets.
  • Strong understanding of Asian distribution models and investor landscape.
  • Existing network across institutional investors, private banks, wealth managers, distributors and asset managers within Asia.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more local Asian languages is a must.
  • Previous ETF/ETP experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UCITS ETFs and cross-border distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build new markets and develop business from an entrepreneurial platform.
  • Excellent commercial judgement with strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
