About the role
- Provide Slack-first support managing customer interactions using Pylon.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to data connectivity and API integrations.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong ability to write and read SQL
- Experience with troubleshooting Snowflake/BigQuery permissions and connection strings
- Proficient in API usage and integrations, particularly GraphQL
- Familiarity with tools like Postman or cURL
- Experience using modern support stacks, specifically Pylon for Slack-based support
- Proven ability to manage customer interactions in high-pressure situations
