Solutions Engineer

• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand mid-market and small enterprise customer needs and technical environments.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing WisdomAI's core capabilities and tailoring them to specific customer use cases.
• Support technical discovery calls, helping to identify customer pain points and how WisdomAI's solutions can address them.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of Customer Workshops and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), ensuring prospects experience the value of our platform.
• Serve as a technical resource during the sales cycle, addressing questions on product functionality, integrations, and basic architecture.
• Contribute to responses for RFIs/RFPs by providing accurate technical information.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of customer technical requirements and solution designs.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Continuously learn and develop expertise in WisdomAI's platform, the cloud data ecosystem, and relevant AI/ML technologies.
