• Lead and continuously optimize Wing's comprehensive compliance and certification program for Wing’s products and services, including Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) and Wing’s commercial offering.
• Drive strategic, complex programs with measurable business impact, identifying process breakdowns and implementing solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of key required product certifications and attestations for Wing’s product and services, including Business-To-Business (B2B) and UTM systems (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, IRAP) and navigate audits (e.g., FAA LAANC).
• Maintain deep expertise in relevant compliance frameworks and manage a comprehensive compliance calendar to ensure timely execution of cyclical activities.
• Continuously monitor, assess, and interpret compliance requirements and industry standards impacting UTM and Wing’s products and services in partnership with safety, regulatory, security, privacy, engineering and product teams.
• Translate complex technical details into clear, actionable compliance requirements, ensuring their effective adaptation and integration into established workflows.
• Serve as the primary technology compliance liaison, fostering strong collaborative relationships with engineering, operations, legal, security, product, and infrastructure teams to embed compliance by design.
• Provide expert guidance to teams, ensuring consistency in compliance practices across decentralized and hybrid environments.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and implement new processes to enhance compliance capabilities and workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy for product compliance producing analysis, recommendations and proposed process evolutions based on evolving regulatory and product compliance landscapes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by coaching the team on compliance best practices, ensuring audit readiness, and supporting their pursuit of new certifications.

Product Compliance and Certifications Lead

Communications

• Dive deep into Wing’s last-mile logistics narrative, mining compelling stories, and developing approaches to share those stories in innovative, high-impact ways.
• Get familiar with Wing’s regulatory environment and understand the communications levers that can help inform the Wing policy audience in partnership with Wing’s policy and government relations team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with logistics and aviation media and influencers.
• Craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage relationships with the policy team to co-create impactful communications campaigns for Wing and for the drone industry.
• Represent Wing in trade organizations
• Brief/prep executives for media opportunities
• Monitor media coverage and understand the evolving industry and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with agency partners to maximize strategy, messaging and impact.

Senior Communications Specialist

Solutions Engineer

• Ensure Wing products are customized for, compliant with, and have the necessary regulatory data for key markets
• Facilitate configuration of UTM ecosystems to enable industry to operate in shared airspace
• Customize Wing’s UTM products to ensure digital compliance with evolving regulations and operational approvals, translating regulatory requirements into product customization
• Manage workstreams such as LAANC checkouts and deployments with Flight Operations stakeholders to enable scaling operations and launching of new features and capabilities
• Identify, acquire and ingest necessary data feeds for commercial UTM integration
• Manage, maintain, and triage requests to configure UTM products to maintain regulatory compliance and business effectiveness
• Manage relationships and engage with external stakeholders, including regulators, Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs), and industry participants
• Participate and contribute to technical workshops, bug reporting, and milestone reporting and validation with internal and external stakeholders; use data and workshop outcomes to propose and implement solutions for commercial scalability

UTM Solutions Manager

Technical Program Manager

• Own and drive quarterly planning and portfolio management for the UTM function
• Define programs of deliverables with clear scope, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies and milestones
• Drive alignment and resolution with multiple stakeholders across technical and regulatory teams on complex problems and solutions
• Present program status reports, risks and mitigations to an Executive Leads audience
• Proactively resolve risks and issues by proposing solutions or mitigations with buy-in from stakeholders and leads
• Lead effective and clear communications on change management activities

• Build and establish guidelines and processes for Flight Operations instructional design and development, in collaboration with the Training Lead and the Instructional Technology Lead.
• Develop and manage project and program plans, including defining scope, goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources
• Design and develop learning solutions through the creation of eLearning, simulations, and work aids, both as an individual contributor and a collaborative member of the Training Team.
• Lead learning projects from inception to deployment, and evaluate effectiveness in partnership with stakeholders.
• Support quality assurance of training content.
• Manage learner records and regulatory compliance documentation.
