About the role
- Develop and implement a variety of models (e.g., LLM, predictive models, classifiers, time series) on both public and proprietary data
- Lead projects from ideation to production, ensuring solutions are effective in real-world scenarios and monitored for quality over time
- Collaborate with product managers to understand problems and define solutions
- Contribute to the research environment in order to improve the flexibility and quality of delivery
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in implementing machine learning algorithms
- Strong understanding of ML concepts, including deep learning
- Proficient in Python and experienced in bringing ideas to production, including coding, testing, and monitoring
- Excellent communication skills and working fluency in English
- Pragmatic problem solver who knows to choose the most practical solution not the most popular one
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience with transformer models and GenAI
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience working with geospatial data or time series analysis
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Spark)
- Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with model deployment and experiment tracking tools (e.g., LangFuse/TorchServe)
