Serve as the Social and Reputation Management lead, driving strategy execution, acting as the primary liaison for regional/site teams, and managing relationships with third-party vendors to ensure brand consistency and engagement.

Partner with Internet Listing Services (ILSs) to stay updated on product offerings and best practices in order to optimize listings to enhance community visibility and drive qualified traffic.
Represent the marketing function as a guest speaker and resource creator for operational role sponsor calls, delivering tailored content that supports role-specific success.
Lead 30/60/90-day onboarding check-ins for new communities, ensuring seamless integration, addressing support needs, and driving early-stage performance.
Travel as required to support strategic initiatives, team development, and property-level execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; and three to five years’ experience in marketing in or outside industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong knowledge and experience with social media including Facebook, Instagram and Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and an understanding of new/emerging social platforms such as, but not limited to, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Clubhouse, et al.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other creative and design programs.
