About the role
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for IT teams.
- Support project lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, deployment, and training.
- Develop use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business units, developers, and vendors.
- Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as ADO, Visio and MSFT tools.
