Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for IT teams.
Support project lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, deployment, and training.
Develop use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Facilitate communication between business units, developers, and vendors.
Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in tools such as ADO, Visio and MSFT tools.
