About the role
- Oversee the full selection process, including sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates
- Build and maintain a robust candidate network through market research and ongoing bench management, anticipating client needs and hiring manager preferences while delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios
- Develop creative, proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates
- Present top talent for open roles and address objections throughout the hiring process
- Advise hiring managers (clients) on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes with a focus on adding value and acting in the client’s best interest
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships to ensure high satisfaction
- Meet weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets
- Update and maintain reports, including applicant tracking system data, and manage related administrative tasks
Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in Laval as needed
- Proven track record across all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searching, negotiation, and closing candidates in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, and to incorporate feedback to achieve desired outcomes
- Consistently maintain an active recruiting pipeline
- Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to implement recruitment strategies and clearly articulate RPO and client relationship models
- Excellent prioritization skills, adaptability to change, and flexibility when directions or priorities shift
- Active participation in the recruiting team and a proactive approach to adding value and fostering open collaboration
- Proficient computer skills, including intermediate MS Office, experience with an applicant tracking system, and an active professional presence on social media
- Fluent in French and English
