About the role

Work closely with recruiters to deeply understand the requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader organization
Build a robust candidate pipeline for various internship positions
Conduct phone screens with applicants for various internship positions
Partner with University Relations Recruiters to communicate with candidates
Partner with University Relations Recruiters to communicate with internal stakeholders
Partner with the University Relations Coordinator to schedule interviews
Work within our Applicant Tracking System to update candidate data and other necessary information
Partner with the University Relations team to organize and lead Intern Summer Programming

Bachelor’s degree
2 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience; managing requisitions, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
2 years of experience within an applicant tracking system (ATS) or candidate relationship management (CRM) tool
Experience using Outlook for calendaring and communicating with key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment to meet business objectives
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and collaborative within a team
Strong organizational skills
