• Represent senior living facilities, physician and dental practices, rehabilitation and surgery centers, complex management services organizations, healthcare technology companies, and other licensed healthcare providers in achieving their business and legal objectives while delivering exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the Firm's corporate, real estate, labor & employment, trusts & estates, and litigation practices to provide comprehensive counsel to healthcare clients.

• Counsel employers on complex workplace issues, workforce strategy, risk management, compliance, and employment-related litigation.
• Conduct and oversee sensitive workplace investigations involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misconduct, and other employment concerns.
• Advise employers and insurance carriers on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) matters, including pre-litigation strategy, claim management, and defense coordination.
