About the role

  • Act as a trusted advisor in end-to-end implementation of Workday’s Adaptive Planning product
  • Lead or support implementation of single or multiple Finance functional streams across projects
  • Gather and understand customer business requirements and demonstrate core Workday concepts
  • Translate customer requirements into configured solutions and ensure detailed unit testing
  • Support customer during rounds of testing, respond to and resolve test issues under guidance of Lead Consultant
  • Undertake final deployment activities including knowledge transfer and post-production support
  • Work closely with other Consulting teams including Integration Consultants to ensure seamless collaboration

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with, or implementing Adaptive Planning or a Tier 1 Planning software application such as: Anaplan, OneStream, Hyperion or a similar application
  • 2+ years Consulting experience with a Consulting/Software Company
  • 4+ years experience if applying for Senior Functional Consultant role
  • 4+ years Consulting experience for Senior Functional Consultant
  • Knowledge of Workday Financials or HCM either as an implementer or user preferred
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
  • Strong presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and desire to learn technology quickly
  • Resourceful and adaptable; comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to travel as needed to client sites
