About the role
- Act as a trusted advisor in end-to-end implementation of Workday’s Adaptive Planning product
- Lead or support implementation of single or multiple Finance functional streams across projects
- Gather and understand customer business requirements and demonstrate core Workday concepts
- Translate customer requirements into configured solutions and ensure detailed unit testing
- Support customer during rounds of testing, respond to and resolve test issues under guidance of Lead Consultant
- Undertake final deployment activities including knowledge transfer and post-production support
- Work closely with other Consulting teams including Integration Consultants to ensure seamless collaboration
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with, or implementing Adaptive Planning or a Tier 1 Planning software application such as: Anaplan, OneStream, Hyperion or a similar application
- 2+ years Consulting experience with a Consulting/Software Company
- 4+ years experience if applying for Senior Functional Consultant role
- 4+ years Consulting experience for Senior Functional Consultant
- Knowledge of Workday Financials or HCM either as an implementer or user preferred
- Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Strong presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and desire to learn technology quickly
- Resourceful and adaptable; comfortable working remotely
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites
