About the role
- Member of Workday Global Professional Services implementing cloud-based software for US Federal Government
- Responsible for Data Conversion, Integration, and Reporting workstreams on Workday implementation projects
- Lead and project manage integration workstream(s), hit delivery dates, and drive results
- Become an expert on US Federal specific Workday functionality, configuration, and technology
- Conduct discovery sessions to document customers' integration needs
- Design and implement integrations to meet complex customer and vendor requirements
- Assist customers in testing integrations and conduct knowledge transfer for post-production success
- Advise Workday Deployment Partners on partner-led deployments and lead internal improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 6+ years Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, or Reporting domain experience in a US Federal government setting and 6+ years in a technical role (Sr Technical Consultant P4)
- 8+ years domain and technical experience for Principal Technical Consultant (P5) roles
- Advanced skills to design, develop, and deploy integration solutions
- Advanced understanding of full software implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, production)
- Advanced skills with Workday integration technologies (Workday Studio, Orchestrate)
- Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification
- Demonstrated leadership in software/system/application implementations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven learning agility and ability to adapt and solve problems
- Comprehensive product knowledge and deep technical savvy
- Ability to travel up to 25%
