- Drive the Americas People Consulting practice within the People Operations organization
- Lead and mentor a team of People Consultants and Program Managers

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR generalist or HR business partner role
- Strong project/program management skills
- Effective influencing skills for resolution of complex employee issues
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Data-driven and strong analytical capability
