About the role
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners
- Define and execute partnership strategies aligning with Workday’s roadmap
- Actively support and scale the Workday Agent Partner Network
- Collaborate with various Workday organizations for successful join solutions
- Manage the health of the partnership portfolio and meet organizational targets
- Serve as the primary contact for senior leadership within partner organizations
Requirements
- 5+ years of partner management experience
- 5+ years of product management, strategy, application pre-sales, or consulting experience
- 2 years of experience in AI, Agentic AI, or Data Cloud topics
- Proven Track Record of developing at least 5 technology partnerships
- Ability to engage in functional and technical discussions with partners
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
