About the role
- Lead a team supporting a $80M+ services practice
- Partner with Delivery leadership to expand service offerings
- Actively cultivate and manage trusted advisor relationships with existing customers
- Lead the adoption of AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance team productivity
- Collaborate with account teams to scope risk, align services, and accelerate time-to-customer-value
- Mentor Services Executives and work with Sales and Delivery to scale team capabilities
- Handle customer critical issues ensuring successful deployments and customer satisfaction
- Lead daily and weekly activities to ensure above-quota results
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in professional services sales
- 10+ years of experience in Financial, SCM, or ERP consulting projects
- Experience managing or supporting a practice with $40M - $80M+ in services bookings
- Excellent executive written, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
