Craft compelling narratives that develop and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Workday's technology.
Stay informed about AI and technology advancements and contribute as a subject matter expert to initiatives such as webinars.

Requirements

2+ years of experience applying AI as a business solution with concepts such as Agents, LLMs, machine learning and natural language processing.
3+ years professional experience in an Information Technology-related field.
1+ years of experience in a role that includes delivering compelling presentations in person and online meetings.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, data security, reporting, and integration standards.
Understanding of AI Ops / CloudOps
Knowledge of Workday application and technical architecture is helpful.
Experience with Financial applications is preferred.
Strong value selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, effectively communicate value propositions, and build strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Proven objection handling skills, with the ability to address customer concerns effectively and persuasively to improve satisfaction and drive sales conversion.
Strong product demonstration skills, with the ability to effectively showcase product features and benefits through engaging presentations and interactive demonstrations.
